Key Responsibilities:

  • Ignite membership sales via dynamic community interaction, exciting events, and robust prospecting aligned with our Sales Process.
  • Enlighten prospective members about our rich history, vibrant culture, and membership choices.
  • Persistently follow up with prospects employing Hardcore Fitness's established sales systems.
  • Maintain meticulous records of prospects and members via our CRM.
  • Schedule and conduct club tours, enriching prospects with information about our programs and community.
  • Collaborate closely with the club's General Manager to smash sales targets.
  • Stay informed about all membership options, services, products, and promotions.
  • Engage in sales meetings and club events with zest and contribute positively.
  • Contribute as an integral member of our Membership Sales Team, supporting peers and forging solid relationships with staff and members.
  • Master Hardcore Fitness's Onboarding and Sales Process Training with flying colors.

Requirements:

  • Robust communication skills and proven customer service and sales acumen.
  • High school completion mandatory; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computing skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.

Remuneration:

Hourly Wage: $18.00, plus attractive commissions and bonuses.
Employment Type: Initially Part-time transitioning to Full-time upon successful probation completion.
