Position Overview:
Join us at Hardcore Fitness in Plano, TX, where our mission is to deliver an unparalleled fitness experience every visit! As a crucial member of our Front Desk Team, you will be the first and last point of contact for our members, embodying the warmth and spirit of our Fit Family. This part-time position requires flexibility for early morning (4 AM) shifts, afternoons, and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Extend a heartfelt greeting and farewell to members, enhancing our welcoming environment.
- Expertly navigate the ClubReady system for efficient member check-ins and account management.
- Showcase exceptional service skills, both in-person and on the phone.
- Adhere to Hardcore Fitness's standards of personal grooming and professional attire.
- Direct members and guests efficiently, connecting them with the appropriate staff for inquiries and support.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of the gym, communal areas, and restrooms.
- Manage inventory and stock the ProShop according to guidelines.
- Offer occasional support for the Hardcore Kids Club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Perform thorough retail and gym audits at the start and end of your shift.
Adherence to Standards:
Uphold all policies and standards as set by Hardcore Fitness, along with local, state, and federal laws.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- A strong desire to grow and enhance skills in member relations, customer service, and management.
- Ability to perform physical job requirements, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Physical Demands:
Regular movement including walking, standing, and communicating with members.
Occasionally required to engage in physical activities that include reaching, moving objects, and assisting members.
Work Environment:
Varies from quiet when classes are not in session to energetic and loud during and post-classes.
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
